By accessing elitealignment.org or engaging Elite Alignment LLC ("Elite Alignment") for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Elite Alignment provides AI automation consulting, system design, deployment, and ongoing management for professional services businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, and cancellation terms are defined in individual written service agreements, which govern each engagement.
3. Strategy Calls
Booking a strategy call does not create a client relationship or obligation on either party. No work will commence until a separate written service agreement is executed.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including copy, design, and code, is the property of Elite Alignment LLC. Custom systems built for clients are governed by the individual service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Alignment LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability relating to client engagements is governed by the applicable written service agreement.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
