The principal needed access to his pipeline without touching a laptop. We built three dedicated AI agents — each with a specific job.
- Command Center — Call from anywhere to query live pipeline: outstanding AR, overdue invoices, follow-ups due today, payment status
- Contact Logger (Principal) — Dictate a new contact from a job site, a car, or a conference floor. Contact syncs instantly to Outlook and CRM
- Contact Logger (Team) — Same capability for a second team member, with role-restricted access
Custom CRM
The client had no structured pipeline. We built one from scratch, migrated 100+ existing contacts, and made it accessible by role from day one.

The Result
The system went live on schedule. The principal is logging contacts from job sites, querying his AR position from his car, and booking meetings by voice that appear in his iPhone calendar without touching his phone.
His team has structured access to the same pipeline without access to financial data — a role separation that didn't exist before.
The manual Excel workflow is retired.
